The world’s not only there for the young ones!

How true it is!!!

Got into a tricky situation on the eve of 9^th of December when I had to take pictures about the event that was set up to celebrate two of my photographer colleagues’ birthdays. I only brought a frame and lenses, I wasn’t familiar with the place, so I went there unprepared. On the top of that I really had some ‘bad company’ as there were at least a dozen professionals (almost all members of Pillana(r)t), so I should’ve packed many more things in.

The place was very dark as well – everything was there for my pictures to be catastrophic. Furthermore, Tamás Bende and Csaba Fekete are both masters of the profession … Tamás  Bende’s wife Hajnalka started to set up the surprise-party, and later relatives and colleagues also helped her. Szató and Szipli – to mention only a few of them, but I could go on with the list. The outcome was very good, with the help of all. There was an exhibition opening ceremony, art exhibition, delicious cake with two ‘grooms’ on the top of it, presents and good spirit. We’ve managed to surprise Tamás Bende, he was touched to the extent that his head was shining from it – I managed to find the focus with the help of it many times.
